Onagawa-hama.

Due to land subsidence, seawater spilled over the quay walls before, but now the area has been strengthened with large sandbags and an embankment. It seems this was a temporary measure as there is a gap between the original quay and the embankment, which has become filled with seawater.

Near Onagawa Station. Twisted rails, cars that drifted to the cemetery on the hill, and debris have now been removed.

At present, special buses run as an alternative to the railway. I learn that the railway company aims to reopen the line after relocating the tracks to an inland area in the future.
