About the activities of Ishinomaki machi-cafe: When it comes to taking action in response to the disaster, organizations tend to preoccupy themselves with setting up their systems/structures, but I think that the important things are to talk directly to local residents and to act on-site. I hope that the cafe becomes a place for citizens and specialists to meet, and a place to provide a starting point to discuss community building.
